Washington, D.C. - U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has taken a significant step to support eligible Hong Kong residents by extending and expanding Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) for 24 months. The move allows qualified individuals to remain in the United States through February 5, 2025, and also provides them with Employment Authorization Documents (EADs), enabling them to work within the country.
